Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at University of North Texas - UNT 1.6 They are just so uninvolved and when they throw parties they cut the music half way and only talk to their brothers. Some dudes are cool but over all are just not very friendly

Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at University of North Texas - UNT 4.0 These guys are one of the top houses on unt with pike and sig chi. All nice guys and like to have fun but they keep it low key so they don't get into trouble. Good in soccer always and always in the library.

Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at University of North Texas - UNT 3.0 Really don't get why they're considered 'top tier' to some, all they do is smoke weed. A large group of try hards and known as the Twitter frat because it seems they're always getting into it with someone else. Grades aren't high, they ghost bid a lot of kids. Could honestly see them being the next kicked off campus.
