Middle tier house, the only reason they even get middle tier is because of the fact that they have a house on greek row. But they are getting kicked out of it in 5 months. So more than likely this joke of a frat will drop to bottom tier.

Top tier, they are pretty active on campus. And they throw some good parties and hold some strong positions of power. Sig Chi. And KA definitely top tier houses. Just as long as they dont start giving bids to g@ys.

Hard to get to know at first, but once you do these guys are tons of fun! They know how to throw a party, and are super involved on campus!
