To be honest, you don't deserve the harsh rating that I gave you, but you don't deserve to be so high either. You're lower-middle since you definitely have accomplishments and are a solid chapter, but you're not fratty and need to work on that.

You need to be the highest rated fraternity, not PiKap or KA which doesn't even exist here anymore, so have some free five stars in everything because you are the best, everyone loves you, and all of the sororities fight over you.
