They're kind of the bottom feeders in all honesty, they hold their invite only events after everyone else and essentially pick out of those that weren't bidded by anyone else. Their grades are good, and surprisingly their spring pledge class isn't bad. If they can build off this spring pledge class they actually could move up, but until then they're mediocre.

They're a good looking fraternity who I think have peaked and will start to go downhill, they're not involved enough to stay on top but for the moment they're there. The guys are a bit on the douchey side and are basically your cookie cutter fraternity. If they don't pick it up they could easily drop down to middle tier in a couple semesters.

They live off of their national name when it comes to recruitment, they're headed down hill and fast. They seem to have a lot of "letter wearers" that seem to just be there to put on the hoodie and walk around campus a semester ago could've been considered too house but their involvement in everything except sports is down hill fast.

The goob frat essentially, they get about one or two decent kids a pledge class that falls through the rest of the rows hands, they throw good parties but don't do anything else above that.

These guys have gotten away from what they were 4-5 semesters ago because they bidded a few gophers to fill numbers and that now has become their majority. They try too hard to fit the "tftc' and end up just looking bad. They can turn it around because their name is well known but they'll need to take a hit to numbers to make it feel more exclusive thus weeding out goobers.

It seems like they've been living off their name, they have a good bit of kids dropping every pledge class so I think that might have to do with their pledging process that might be why they've been slipping compared to the past.

They're kind of just there and are cruising by because of the good looking guys, they had a good spring pledge class but honestly is the first time in awhile this has happened. Their brother is ahead of IFC recruitment and everyone's numbers suffered except for there's.
