Out of all the frats, theta chi had the best bid day party. Lots of people and lots of alc. From what i saw on saturday is they have a great looking spring class and their parties never disappoint. The only top frats of this semester is between theta chi and sigma chi, but theta chi is top because their house is super nice and actually clean.
