Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at University of North Florida - UNF 1.6 They are such a small fraternity that they give bids to everyone. Last fall they took like 30 pledges when everyone else was taking only around 15. They are the definition of bottom tier

Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at University of North Florida - UNF 5.0 I decided to go their neon party and it was by far the best UNF fraternity party I have ever attended. These guys are super friendly and go all out for their parties. I highly recommend getting to know these guys!
