Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at University of North Florida - UNF 2.8 Bottom tier. Boys are immature. Kind of creepy. Girls just go to their parties to pregame and leave before going to a better frats party.

Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at University of North Florida - UNF 2.2 These guys live and die by their parties, the only thing is they don't throw great parties. A lot of girls think they're rude or creepy and they aren't involved at unf other than like 3 brothers. They built up some momentum last year but threw it away. They show up to sorority philanthropies in onesie pajamas thinking they are funny but its sad. Hopefully these guys realize they really aren't that great and do more to make people other than the same 5 girls like them.

Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at University of North Florida - UNF 5.0 Probably the best fraternity to ever exist. This chapter makes every other chapter at UNF look like DU at UNF. They rage so hard. Such hard ragers. Rage all the time. They also woo women. Classic. They party like men. Sigma Chi parties like Barney. Party.

Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at University of North Florida - UNF 4.0 This is my favorite fraternity. I've met pretty much all of them and they are all so respectful and nice and very fun to be around. I feel safe going to their parties and have the most fun at them.

Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at University of North Florida - UNF 2.2 These are the kids that on high school never got to party or talk to pretty girls, so they do it here and act like they are so cool because they do what everyone else does. They aren't involved on campus at all and try way too hard to fit in. They creep out girls and are sketchy at parties.

Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at University of North Florida - UNF 4.2 Definitely got a lot better this year. Their exec board is top notch. They don't get involved with all the drama in Greek life, they just like to party which is fine by me.

Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at University of North Florida - UNF 4.6 Went to neon on Saturday. Was very surprised. I didn't know what to expect and it was great. Not top yet. Need a few more strong pledge classes. But they are definitely getting much better.
