Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at University of North Florida - UNF 3.0 They throw a lot of parties but they are lame parties. And if there’s another frat party going on the same night girls go to chi phi to pregame before going to the real party. They used to have a pretty group of girls that attended all parties but they all graduated or aren’t dating a brother anymore. The new group they hang with are all ratchets. They’ve gone even further downhill. Definitely bottom tier just above theta chi. Barely.

Parties are fun and I feel comfortable being there and they just want to get drunk and dance. Most guys are good looking but some definitely slipped through the cracks. I never hear about them going to the clubs or bars together but the brotherhood is definitely very strong

They have had a couple of good pledge classes recently and have definitely made a lot of progress from where they used to be. They have become super involved in philanthropies, and their parties are becoming more fun and the guys are definitely very genuine and down to earth. i feel much more safe going to their parties
