I feel very comfortable in their party environment and they are never rude to anyone i go with. They actually care to talk to new people unlike other fraternities. Their parties have been getting bigger and better each time.

Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at University of North Florida - UNF 4.0 Been going to chi phi parties since freshmen year. They are a cool group of dudes that can party as well or better (in my opinion) as any fraternity at unf. Safe and comfortable to be around. Their functions and formals are always full of energy and their last few pledge classes have been good looking. They are truly becoming top tier. Easily the best brotherhood on campus i have seen

What the hell were y'all thinking by copying the exact theme " Hawaiian Luau" which is a big KA party that has been done for the past 10 years very successfully THE DAY BEFORE THEIRS? Do you Chi Phis have no concept of anything ? Y'all are bottom tier. It just makes you guys look so stupid. Would love to know what was going through y'alls head on this one.
