Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at University of North Florida - UNF 3.9 Every time I go to a party I know the guys wont be sleazy. I feel very comfortable in their party environment and they are never rude to anyone i go with. They actually care to talk to new people unlike other fraternities. Their parties have been getting bigger and better each time.

Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at University of North Florida - UNF 4.0 Just recently started going to their parties. The brotherhood is above and beyond and can tell they are invested in their frat. Great group of guys and feel safe at their parties.

Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at University of North Florida - UNF 4.0 Been going to chi phi parties since freshmen year. They are a cool group of dudes that can party as well or better (in my opinion) as any fraternity at unf. Safe and comfortable to be around. Their functions and formals are always full of energy and their last few pledge classes have been good looking. They are truly becoming top tier. Easily the best brotherhood on campus i have seen

What the hell were y'all thinking by copying the exact theme " Hawaiian Luau" which is a big KA party that has been done for the past 10 years very successfully THE DAY BEFORE THEIRS? Do you Chi Phis have no concept of anything ? Y'all are bottom tier. It just makes you guys look so stupid. Would love to know what was going through y'alls head on this one.

And if there’s another frat party going on the same night girls go to chi phi to pregame before going to the real party. They used to have a pretty group of girls that attended all parties but they all graduated or aren’t dating a brother anymore. The new group they hang with are all ratchets. They’ve gone even further downhill. Definitely bottom tier just above theta chi. Barely.
