adpi has definitely progressed, they are slowly but surely getting a lot more cute girls. every girl in this chapter is so nice and you can tell they are super genuine.

These are the guys you want to hang out with if you have a boyfriend. I always feel safe at their parties, the guys aren't great looking but they're super friendly. Definitely the type of dudes to friendzone. but not a bad brotherhood. their parties do get shutdown quick and they claim to have 5 houses after they lost their mansion but really it's just houses that brothers live in, not actual party houses. Average isn't bad tho

Been going to chi phi parties since freshmen year. They are a cool group of dudes that can party as well or better (in my opinion) as any fraternity at unf. Safe and comfortable to be around. Their functions and formals are always full of energy and their last few pledge classes have been good looking. They are truly becoming top tier. Easily the best brotherhood on campus i have seen

I wasn't expecting Zeta to have a great recruitment, but they actually killed it. They have a great new PC and I feel like they've made some improvements.

I've been on campus for 3 years and zeta was top tier, but they are slowly moving towards middle tier. I met a lot of sisters that are super sweet, but some girls are not that friendly. If I met one of them and passed by her in the hallways, she wouldn't smile back.
