From what I hear from my older sister's they used to be one of the most dominant fraternities on campus. All I can say is now that they are fun to be around, they participate in a lot of events, and there parties are the only ones that don't seem to run out of alcohol. What more can you want from a frat?

If you don't like Pi Kapp, you're dumb. They're the First Frat at UNF and are the BEST at UNF. Very respectable and always know how to have a great time. All of the other ratings on here are probably from jealous Kappa Sigmas or ATHoes. Pi Kapp is the best, knees down

I LOVE CHI PHI!!! They have the best brotherhood on campus and throw the best parties BY FAR!! They may be small but they're on the up and up. If you don't know any Chi Phi's, you're missing out on what a fraternity should look like.

All around terrible fraternity full of douchebags. Should have gotten kicked off campus a year ago. Only full of gym rats who don't seem to even have a brotherhood. They're more like a club.
