They aren't terrible. They are a new fraternity on campus. But most of the guys are the throw aways that other fraternities didn't want besides the initial guys who rushed. They need to be more selective once they do get installed

I mean there isn't much to say about these guys. They are the best fraternity on campus. They have the best relations with sororities. They throw great parties. For the most part, pretty good guys.

Wow, what a difference they have made in the past few years. When I first got to campus there way maybe 6 of them and they were very close to losing their charter from their nationals. They couldn't seem to find the right kind of guys. Fast forward to today. Yes other fraternities such as SAE and Kappa Sig are way ahead, but Chi Phi has come a long way. They should be proud of where they have come and where they are headed.

On the brink of dying out. Didn't get any pledges or do homecoming. Had a couple guys doing all the work with a lot of bros being deadweight. Finally, the guys that cared dropped when they hit their breaking points. Evident by their lack of pics in the Greek review slideshow and the fact that not a single kid showed up to Greek Awards.

They have some really cool guys in their chapter and then they have a couple of guys you just shake your head at. They are really involved around campus though. and their parties are pretty good
