Chi Phi will most definenitly be one of the best fraternities UNF has to offer in the upcoming semester's. With promising pledge classes who are dedicated to the fraternity and want to help improve it as much as they can, there is no way Chi Phi won't be at least top 3 in the near future. Their parties may have been lacking in the past, but nowadays the parties are lit and are only getting better. If you want to be a part of something on the up and up, look to Chi Phi.

Pretty involved on campus with events and what not, but they struggle heavily on the social side. They have a genuine group of guys but they aren't the best looking fraternity and their parties are below average. low/mid tier
