These guys continue to improve each semester. Parties are fun and I feel comfortable being there and they just want to get drunk and dance. Most guys are good looking but some definitely slipped through the cracks. I never hear about them going to the clubs or bars together but the brotherhood is definitely very strong

Chi phi is middle tier. They have had a couple of good pledge classes recently and have definitely made a lot of progress from where they used to be. They have become super involved in philanthropies, and their parties are becoming more fun and the guys are definitely very genuine and down to earth. i feel much more safe going to their parties

Once a very good fraternity at UNF, they have some awesome alumni including UNF President Delaney. Have some nice guys, they're pretty small right now but they're rebuilding. They're a couple good pledge classes away from being right back in it. Their parties are really nice, they have a more laid back and relaxing feel. Hopefully they come back strong
