I hate to be blunt, but KD is filled with girls that no other sororities wanted, and the girls didn't want to be in Pi Phi. I do believe every KD I've met is super nice, and they have a good sisterhood, just a wide variety of sisters. I think the house is just new, and in a few years, it'll be a much better house. Hoping for the best for KD, it clearly isn't easy to start a new chapter on campus.

A middle tier, average house. They are however very classy and nice girls. An interesting mix of girls, making it hard to judge them. They are very friendly, support the greek community and are smart.

Although these girls are very popular and attractive, the sisterhood is not great. I never really see them at other greek events, they aren't very friendly and give a stuck up attitude. Not the best sisterhood, lots of internal issues. Some girls are very friendly, but most that I have met, are not.

Very great house. Such a genuine sisterhood, and all Theta's have always been very friendly to me. Definitely know how to have a good time, but have brains as well.

This is definitely fraternity done right. These guys know the true meaning behind Greek life and what brotherhood, philanthropy, involvement, etc. means. The top grades, decent sized membership, awesome parties, and respect for all other chapters make them great.

Sadly just not a good house due to the past few years having bad pledge classes. However all are very nice, they have a good sisterhood, and they are all very down to earth. They are always there at other chapter's events to help and support.
