The delts at my school throw down hard, it was unfortunate that the house is on a self warning right now, but man did some of the members show me a good time. We went to all kinds of parties, ranging from the football and hockey players to raging house parties. Thanks boys, we'll see ya next year.

Popular among non-Greeks because they allow everyone and their mothers into their below average parties.. They are not involved at all and you barely see them around campus.. There are much better places to hangout on campus than this very middle tier house.

I'm not even on here to rant about them. It's the simple truth. They are the lowest of greek life. The brothers are creepy. Parties sucked. Now their house is shut down and they are done for.

They have such a good house and the brothers are all great. Their ranking is definitely not that good because they are so far down frat row. Major props to them, they are a good group of guys and they love to have fun.

I like this house a lot. Very friendly and nice group of guys. I like their style of being a sober fraternity. Involved a lot. This house is the underdog of greek life here.
