Not sure why people are ranking in the discussion board as a top tier sorority, more than likely from a guy's perspective. Honestly, you don't see them at other houses philanthropy events and expect people to come to theirs. some are sweet, beautiful girls, some are rude & clearly didn't get a bid to top tier houses. Their last pledge class was okay. I preffed this house and loved them during recruitment, but not a huge fan getting to know them now. Middle Tier for sure. Hoping the best for them

Have the most PAGE awards on campus. Sig Ep doesn't throw down much but when they do it's a good theme and well organized. Very involved on campus in student organizations. High GPA. Top house

Love the stuff Lambda does with the food drive every year. Lambda hosts good parties and are social guys. Lambda needs to tighten up their risk management a bit though, every week it's Lambda scandal this Lambda allegation that, but they seem to handle them well enough. Also, get that GPA up. No one likes an idiot. Lambda has the potential to slide into a top house spot.

All these guys on here down voting other fraternities to make themselves look better. Pike is a good house that is at the top or close to the top of everything a fraternity is measured by. Wouldn't be surprised if they got another 30+ pledge class
