These guys have definitely improved their image over the last few years. Don't have the best house, but make up for it by throwing killer parties. Also, they've had a great couple of pledge classes for the last 2 years. Currently middle tier (along with Beta and Kappa Sig), but definitely are moving up.

Its pretty obvious that there are tons of problems with these guys. They have done some good things in the past but they seem to be struggling recently. How can you go from student organization of the year in spring of 2016, to less than a handful of awards in the fall at the greek award show. It looked like they only had 10 guys show up to that event.
