During recruitment, this chapter separates their good looking and popular members from their "average" regular girls. If you are not pretty, skinny, or well known, you will be in the basement not recruiting girls. They regard their PNMs as "duds" if they aren't what they are looking for. They base their recruitment off of looks and Instagram followers. But, their recruitment style comes to show in following months, when large amounts of new members drop when they see the houses true colors.

Parties go pretty hard, campus involvement could be better but all around decent house. Their last couple pledge classes have helped them somewhat reshape their image. It’s a start.
