Large brick structure on Fraternity Row. interesting architectural features. Almost Tudor Style. Front porch provides opportunities to watch traffic and people while socializing. Located near the library and the Student Union. Nice sized sleeping quarters. Kitchen and dining room more than adequate. Plenty of room to socialize. Close to the Library and Student Union and other academic buildings.
