I came to pike thinking that it’s as good as other universities. I go to the U of M and honestly this was just a huge disappointment seeing this house I expected much more

They are a house that is not in IFC so they can get away with doing things that IFC would not allow. Their parties are so weird and cringe. The guys are okay, but very much different. These Pi Beta Phi’s are getting way too out of hand thinking they’re all cool cause they are close with Kappa Sig now. Very weird fraternity. Not to mention that Alpha Sigma Phi thinks they’re now relevant on campus.

Great house lot of new members and fun parties. Better than a lot of houses and enjoy going here I always feel safe and there’s no creeps like other houses

Let’s be real boys, you guys self ranked. You are nice, but your parties are cringe and your house looks like it came out of the 70s. If I was rating this out of 10 it would be 6.5/10.
