Not a good house compared to others I hate their parties and the people there are no fun. I wish they were better cuz there’s potential

reminds me of the movie animal house. parties get chaotic with lots of people but somehow i still manage to get turned away at the door. The few times i've been allowed in i've had a good time just wish these guys weren't so picky at the door. seems like a tight group of dudes though. Top tier

DG relies on “our gpa is the highest” to think they’re the best house when they’ve dropped below theta and aphi. They don’t associate with anyone besides DGs and they’re overall pretty boring.

Delt has done a good job of turning from a fraternity with weird members and garbage parties into a fraternity with good looking guys who are much more involved than a lot of other fraternities on campus. Their parties are much more fun and have good looking people, every time I go here their members are nothing but nice and know how to have fun. Although their house design sucks they have done a great job with their recruiting and social aspect!
