Close to top - AGD
Middle - SK (on their way up), Fuzzie (on their way down), ADPi (neutral)
Bottom - DZ, AOPi

All of a sudden DG is Top Tier and ADPi is now below them? It's always been AGD, ChiO and ADPi at the top. Pi Phi used to be but have had such a bad rep the last few years that they went down. DG has always been good, but would never consider them top tier.

ADPi should work on their recruitment tactics. In the last few years, more and more PNMs are leaving their parties saying "eh, they weren't impressive, but they didn't suck either..." They just aren't leaving a strong enough impression on the PNMs to make them as highly desired as Chi O, Pi Phi, AGD and DG.
