What feats throw the best parties overall

What ive seen it seems that frats like phi psi, beta and phi tau throw good parties. Sae is a sleeper and has thrown very good parties and seem to be on the up and up. Same with ksig first year frat with active guys it seems with good annexs right off bat.

Phi Tau 100% throws the best parties. they also now have blue house which is a great location for parties and have 32. just because Phi Psi and Beta are top frats doesn't mean they throw great parties, phi psi is second best because of big house. betas parties don't really stand out, they're just typical annex house parties.
