Phi Delts gonna have some nice party houses next year for sure. Plus they always got people working at the bars to hook you up.

I would say the best parties to go to are acacia, phi tau and phi psi, have the three best party houses on campus this coming year, everyone else is going to be irrelevant

from a girls perspective, definitely the biggest/best daygers with the most alcohol have been phi psi, FIJI, and beta. Though i cant say ive been to a party thrown by every frat but maybe there's a reason for that
