Ok yes they’re both fake but very good sororities here girls love them during rush. So yes being fake is a bad thing but people undeniably want these houses.

My roommate is a Pi Phi and they have always been super nice and welcoming to me even though I'm not Greek. Some may be fake but the ones I've met have been great. Also I know a bunch of girls in ADPi because of my major and they're all cool too.
