frats hanging out

Do any of the frats hang out with other frats? Recently I have seen some Phi Si guys hanging out with Sigma Pi's and I thought they always stick with their own brothers and didnt hangout with other frats.

Yes Sigma Pi and Phi Psi last years pledge classes seem to get along really well and sometimes you do see them hanging out
