rush as a junior?

Would sorority rush as a junior be just a death sentence? If it's worth it and I do rush as a junior what advice could be given?

The pool of available freshmen will reduce for the next few years (baby bust). Sororities are interested in bidding all women possessing creditable scholarship and sincere ideals. If you feel qualified and can afford the time and fees, join some form of recruitment at your earliest convenience.

The point of joining any group is that you desire to become a positive and contributing member for the rest of your life. If you plan on joining for life then yes it is a death sentence.
