It's it just me or is anyone else who is new to a sorority completely underwhelmed with the lack of sisterhood? Maybe I went into this with naive blinders on but I really thought with this being homecoming week there would be more focus on participating at the pep rally And other homecoming events.... to me it's just been here is information on the dues and a couple social events at bars which make it impossible for those of us without fake id's to participate. I'm definitely having second thoughts about committing

suck it up through homecoming week and you'll be fine. the university screwed us over with timing and putting homecoming week right after recrtuitment. you're not the only one thinking this too. homecoming week is an eye opener for everyone and i'm sorry that you guys got that experience a day after becoming new members. when you get past homecoming you'll see the sisterhood more. trust me, us older girls are doing everything in our power to make sure the homecoming craziness doesn't ruin your new member experience, at least my organization loves our new members so much and we are caring for them and supporting them through homecoming. i hope your organization is the same and is showing you a sisterhood you won't regret
