I actually think acacias above beta at this point they had way better parties than beta did last year

Phi Psi used to be much better. Pretty basic now so not sure I'd consider them at the top.

I would put phi psi and beta above Sig pi because they have houses, you can even argue for acacia above Sig pi because they have a house and they just took back Sig pis old annex house

Disagree with the previous post. Houses shouldn't have a big leverage on Frat standings. What's more important are the members and their involvement and contribution to Greek Life.
