I'm coming here next year and plan on rushing. My boyfriend who already goes here said that fuzzie, pi phi and chi o are the best sororities. Wondering what the positives and negatives about each are?

You'll be fine if you get a bid to pi phi, chi o, dg, fuzzie or adpi.

all of those are good you'll be fine wherever just go where you feel like you fit not just because somewhere is considered a "top" house

Fuzzie and Chi O and are upper Middle tier not considered Top Tier. But dont base your opinion off that. Go with who you feel is right
