Looking at Sigma Pi and Phi Psi, maybe Beta. Opinions on which is the most popular?

Popularity Should be the least of your concerns. Go to rush events and find who you fit in with the most. while sig pi, phi psi, and beta are what you would consider "top tier" right now there's a lot of other houses that will be doing big things in the next few years too.

Dont join a frat because of their popularity! It prob wont work out how you want it.

Don't join a fraternity because of popularity or because you here they're popular, go through rush and figure out who you like and fit in with so that you'll truly have the ultimate and best college experience!
