As we close out another year in Athens, another year of Greek life has passed. These are the ranks/tiers after this school year:
Fraternities:
Top:
Sig Pi
Phi Psi/Beta
Upper Mid:
Acacia
Lambda
Mid:
Phi Delt
Sig Chi
Phi Tau
Lower Mid: Fiji
Phi Kapp
Upper Bottom: Sig Ep
Pi Kapp

Sororities:
Top: Pi Phi
Adpi
Fuzzie
Upper Mid: Chi O
Delta Gamma
Mid: Sig Kap
Lower Mid: AGD
Upper Bottom: G Phi B
Bottom: DZ

They have 2 houses or annex houses. U don't need one to be top tier especially when they have 2 annex houses.

I agree with this. Sigma Pi is top and they got a great pledge class this past fall.
Beta and Phi Psi did decent. Acacia and Lambda right behind them

Surprised agd isn't considered bottom at this point. They're super nice but I forget they even exist on campus and there not involved. Not too mention constantly being on social prob is a downer.

Looks may play an important role in recruitment to upkeep a house's image for some but have you seen a few of the girls that got in the so called Top Tier Houses? Definitely not based on looks.

I would say fraternities that are on a rise are Phi Delt, Sigma Chi, and Acacia. Sororities on a rise are GPhi, and ADPi

agd is actually not in trouble anymore and it's been seen last year that they still recruit better than g phi. G phi may be equal to them next year, but probably won't top them quite yet ; especially if they can stay out of trouble
