What fraternities are on the rise to become top house?

I would say in no specific order probably Sigma Chi, Sigma Pi, Lambda Chi Alpha, and Phi Delta Theta. What does everyone else think?

sig chi will if they get a house soon. they are growing quick.

phi psi and beta will stay in the mix. beta is slowing falling off though though.

lambda will if they don't lose their house. they party a lot

sig pi will also probably stay in the mix. would be nice to see them back in 45 mill

Beta has 45 mill for the next year so that will probably keep them in the top mix

top:

beta and phi psi are more preppy. well organized.

sig pi and lambda chi are more ratchet. known for partying. \n\n\n\n\nupper middle:

phi delt and acacia. both are slightly above average as they are growing.

sig chi. somewhere in the middle tier mix. still growing. have made serious moves since starting up.

lower middle:

fiji, phi tau - average. don't see or hear much about them.

bottom:

sig ep, pi phi for guys, phi kappa theta. NEVER see or hear about these guys.\n\n\n\n\n
