rate houses on everything but looks

So the so called "top tier" chapters are super hot so that's what makes them top tier right? cool that's what I've been getting. okay so now that we got the looks out of the way, what else do they have to offer? I want to see what people think about sorority houses not based on looks but like friends you have in that chapter or like involvement on campus or how cool their Philanthropy is. ya know things that actually matter, ready. oh and for the shallow person that's gonna comment on this, I really don't care what you have to say about looks :\\\\\\\
