Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at Ohio University - OU 2.6 Pretty sure they do have a house somewhere. Only other thing I know about them is they co-hosted that paint party FIJI threw. Still bottom tier, but they aren't complete goobs as some suggest.
