Phi Kappa Theta - ΦΚΘ Fraternity at Ohio University - OU 3.2 I love all of the men in this chapter. They're so fun and a lot of them are really attractive. They've got a bit of everything, but overall they're one of my favorite chapters on campus. Also, they always raise a lot of money through their philanthropy.
