"Gphi is losing their house." No, actually the current house was a lease and never meant to be a permanent chapter house. They will be moving into a smaller house to lower dues and be closer to the rest of Greek life. The rumors need to stop, this was always in their 5 year plan. Also since I had to rank, I put it in the middle to stay unbiased.
