out of state transfer?

So I plan on transferring into NC state as a junior. Currently I live in SC and I'm going to a CC there to get my associates. I have a 3.7 gpa and I was wondering what my chances are of getting a bid? I don't have any recs and my resume doesn't have much in the way of sports activities/philanthropy (but that's why I want to join a sorority, to be more involved).

I'm wondering about my chances for any of the sororities, since I don't focus on "tiers" and stuff like that. What are my honest chances? Plus, would I still get to live in the house and have a big/little?

Here at NCSU our standards of "hot" are pretty low.... If you are even half decent you shouldn't have an issue.
