top fraternities (my opinion)

In no specific order
-Evaluating considering the new pledge classes they got

Top: Delta Sig (not for much longer though), KA
In between Top and Middle: Lambda Chi, Sigma Chi
Middle: Sigma Nu, Sig Pi (moving away from the Hillsborough house was a bad idea for them) Phi Delt
Bottom Mid: Sig Ep, SAE, Kappa Sig
Bottom: Everyone else.

I like it mostly. I would change a couple to make it look like:

Top: Delta Sig, Sigma Chi
In between top and middle: Sigma Nu, Lambda Chi
Middle: Phi delt, kappa sig
Bottom mid: sig pi, sig ep
Bottom: everyone else

This is wrong. I don't think you really know what you're talking about, especially if you think dsig won't be top for much longer...they've always been a top house

Sig pi is lower, Phi delt is lower. Lambda Chi and Kappa sig both move up one..
