top to middle

As a ZTA girl for the past 2 years I've seen houses go from top to middle and vice versa. In my opinion the TOP tiers right now are Sigma Chi, Lambda Chi, and Sigma Nu. Middle tiers consist of Delta Sig, Kappa Alpha Order, and that's it. If you're a guy rushing in the spring, keep this list in mind.
