junior transfer rushing?

So I'm transferring next fall to nc stage after two years of cc. I'm out of state (currently from GA! 🍑❤️) and I'm wondering if I will have a tough time because I'm an out of state junior transfer? Just curious to see if I have an honest chance to get a bid or not. Thanks!!
