should i wait
by: pnmComing in as a freshman in the fall. don't know anyone in any of the sororities. I'm kinda quiet and nervous about rush. Should I wait and rush as a sophomore when I know some of the girls?

I would rush because youll at least get to see all of the sororities even if you decide to join one sophomore year. Also, meeting a couple girls wont really work. Reason being is that youre going to find 3 or so girls from every sorority you get a long with but they dont represent all 100 or so sisters, for all you know you could meet a girl you hate, but wind up liking every other girl in that sorority and shut them out based off of 1 or 2 girls. The only way to see around that is through rushing and meeting as many from the sorority as you possibly can.
