tranferring as a junior

I'm transferring to NC State as a Junior, I always wanted to be in a fraternity but I knew I would transfer so I never joined one. What fraternities have the best parties, strong brotherhood, and just overall excellenece? Or which fraternites are on the rise with the best house? (Other than SigNu)
