rush
by: PnmI'm so excited for rush next year (sorority) and was wondering if anyone has some tips they wish they knew before rush? Thanks so much!

Go in with an open mind! Don't let other people (especially the people on this site) influence what you think about the organizations. They are all awesome. Also don't be too nervous and don't act like you don't want to be there. And if you don't get the sorority you wanted, it's not the end of the world. Everyone finds a home!

State is awesome in the fact that almost everyone will get a bid as long as you act positive throughout the week - also, even if the bid you get isn't from the one you wanted, or if on pref night neither are ones you thought you wanted, stick with it! Spend a week or two getting to know your pledge class, and if you still don't feel right, then drop. But don't give up without trying!! I didn't end up where I thought I would, but looking back, I am SO SO happy I didn't drop.

Completely agree. This site isn't accurate at all, go in with an open mind and you will find your home and the place you fit in best. All of the sororities have awesome girls
