for upcomming freshmen

Not going to put fraternities into "tiers" but basically im going to give the best non bias information I can about each one and their past/future changes - post reply and correct me if im wrong im just trying to be as factual as possible.

Fraternities with positive changes:
Sigma Pi - im pretty sure moving to greek way next to chi o BUT theyre also on probation again so im not sure whats going to happen with them
SAE - moving to greek court taking ATO's old house
Kappa sigma - I've heard theyre moving to greek court taking pkps house
Lambda Chi Alpha - big fall pledge class on the rise for sure
Sigma Nu - probably going to get better because less competition on greek court since 4 fraternities are leaving and only 2 are joining
Sigma Phi Epsilon - moving into AGR's old house?

Colonies:
Beta Theta Pi - the fastest growing and i think theyre officially a fraternity next fall
Alpha Sigma Phi - coming back next fall?


Fraternities with negative changes:
Alpha Tau Omega - lost their house to SAE
Phi Gamma Delta - losing their greek court house to construction
Theta Chi - go in a lot of trouble this year, lost a lot of members
Chi Psi - losing their house next year to maiden construction?

Fraternities that didnt change much in a positive or negative way:
Alpha Gamma Rho
Delta Sigma Phi
Delta Upsilon
Farm House
Kappa Alpha Order
Phi Delta Theta
Pi Lambda Phi
Sigma Chi
Tau Kappa Epsilon
