Honestly, you should be fine! It helps if you have friends in some of the sororities, but even if you don't you should be perfectly fine. I did the same thing and actually got dropped by the houses I had friends in and ended up on a completely different one, but I had many options throughout the whole process, so I don't think it hurt me in the slightest.
