worried about next year??

I will be attending state next year and plan on rushing, but I am nervous I won't get a bid. Does this happen a lot? I don't have any sorority "connections" with older students will that hurt me?

I had no connections whatsoever when I rushed. Not a legacy, didn't know girls in any sororities from my high school. But I found a great match for me. As long as you go to every rush event, and put down two options you would choose on pref night, you are guaranteed a bid from somewhere. Don't stress out! Be yourself, be upbeat, smile, and you'll end up where you belong!

Keep an open mind and be on your A game every day of rush. Don't be fake, and smile a lot. Have meaningful conversations. Remember girls names if you can. You can't go wrong if you follow the rules
