I'm going to be at NC State the fall of 2015, is being a Junior (and 21) too old to join a fraternity?

Chapters need underclassmen for longevity purposes and will mostly recruit them for that reason. However - and I can only speak from my own experience - many chapters will bid juniors or even seniors if they think the recruit brings something to the table.
